All programing is performed virtually. You will be given access to Coach Dr. Mo's training programs through an app easily accessed on your phone so that you can take your program with you anywhere. If you would like to trail the app please feel free to check out a free sample week here
1:1 VIRTUAL PERSONAL TRAINING
If you are looking for 1:1 personal training, programs, created JUST FOR YOU, and coaching/accountability with weekly check ins - then this is the perfect customizable program for you. You will also have access to video and chat technology to check in with Dr. Mo with each exercise to ensure proper form and answer any and all questions. In order to ensure a program is created just for you - Dr. Mo will answer any questions to make sure her programming is the right fit for you. The next step will be to complete a one on one evaluation virtually to discuss past medical history, needs/wants, objective measurements to track progress, and goal setting. Through her app you will also have access to tracking your progress, daily self reflection check ins, and videos to watch each exercise that is tailored just for you.

TEMPLATED VIRTUAL WORKOUTS
For when you are not looking for coaching or a personal training - But are looking for safe and effective movement programs designed by a doctor of physical therapy and certified strength and conditioning specialist. This is a quick and easy option to ensure you are following effective and balanced programs to help you reach your goals and feel comfortable doing so. With templated workouts you will receive a program based of off the program descriptions. These programs will be designed based on their description. You will still have access to videos for each exercise to be able to understand each movement pattern. You will be responsible for choosing your weights and/or intensity for each exercise as this is a pre-designed program. There are options for check-ins with Dr. Mo through video conferencing if you are wanting any coaching or advice on your form.

PROGRAMMING
Movement programming is completed based off of results from your personalized evaluation for 1:1 training. Dr. Mo is able to create programming with the equipment and space you have available to you. Prices will vary based on training goals, but estimates are listed below. Options are also available for weekly video check ins to help education and ensure proper form and progression is being maintained throughout programming.
Movement programming for templated workouts is designed through current evidence based approach. Programs will be designed with sets, reps, intensity, and % of load based off of intended goals. Exercises will also have options for progression and regressions in order to suit a larger population and give you the power of options for movement of your body. However, if you are looking for personalized designed programs then 1:1 persoanl training will be your best options.

Virtual Evaluation will be performed through virtual documentation that will guide you through subjective questionnaires in order tap into the physical and mental aspects of your wellness virtual personal training . This will also be the time to get to know one another, establish an understanding of what equipment you have available to tailor a program to best meet your needs, & to dive into your goals and health. Objective measures will be obtained based on goals in order to be able to objectively track your progress and continue program design based on your current status. Dr. Mo will also write your short term and long term based goals. You will have access to your evaluation information at all times. What is great about virtual evaluations is that this can be performed ON YOUR TIME.
Evaluations are required for 1:1 personal training. Progress Check ins are required between programs. A new evaluation will not be required unless a change in status/injury has occurred, big life change (pregnancy, long standing illness, etc) lapse in training, and or goals make a significant change.

Personal training can be tailored to fit your individual needs. The below pricing is based on programing for four 30-45min workouts, 4x a week. Workouts can range from strength training, flexibility/mobility, or balance and will be determined in your evaluation. Programing also includes weekly check ins, daily communication with Dr. Mo through the app while training, and free access to any courses hosted by Dr. Mo while you are in training. Training is set to the time frame purchased and cannot be moved or post-poned based on "missed workouts". A one week forgiveness week can be applied during 2 months of training or more because - life - haha. Training packages do not go above 3 months because progress updates are required after 12 weeks to ensure proper dosing and programing. You can click on hyperlinks below to purchase.

Progress check ins are a re-evaluation process. We will perform an updated test and measures day and discuss your progress. This allows for a set time and 1:1 attention to make sure your program is designed appropriately and to reflect on what is or isnt working and where our opportunities lay.
