Dr. Mo has been in the health and wellness fields for over 16 years and focuses her impact on individualized approaches for her clients based on their needs and wants along with current evidence-based practices.
Monique is originally from Louisiana & Arkansas. She received her Bachelor of Science Education with an emphasis is Exercise Physiology form the University of Arkansas, where she worked as a personal trainer and group exercises instructor. She then continued to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas.
She has achieved awards for Excellence in Research, Excellence Service for community volunteerism, and the Carlton Jones Clinical Educator Award from the Virginia Commonwealth University.
She has also built and programed multiple home workouts DVDs with an emphasis in functional strength.
Monique's passion is to be a leader in preventative health and wellness to give individuals a drive and love for their life.

Her favorite part about her job is the education she can give others to allow them autonomy in their own lives. She strives to connect to each patient and client to form individualized plans that meet their lifestyle and goals. She implements the importance of health in our everyday life to be able to enjoy your time with family and friends in a pain free and strong lifestyle.
She enjoys anything outdoors, adventure running, being a book nerd, wine, and cooking.
She is a huge Razorback and Saints Football fan. Her favorite activity is traveling and exploring with her husband and two children.
