This means- everyone is welcome to join & there is a plan to include everyone. If you already have a workout and just want the education - course only is your route. If you have the basic principles and self-discipline for workouts but want to take the mental load out of the process and have someone program your movement - the course and templated workout is your route. If you are looking for more of a 1:1 experience in order to meet specificized goal & have more accountability - check out Dr. Mo's Personal Training.

The course only will give you access to Coach Dr. Mos private course work and interaction with all members in the class. The course will open 3 days before the class starts to ensure you are prepared for the material and the commitment you are setting for yourself.
This option is perfect for the individual that is wanting access to more education for their health and wellness. Maybe you already have a workout program you love to do and want to commit to that as well- that is awesome! Or maybe you just want to learn and attempt to practice the suggest commitments during the 28 days- perfect too!

This package will give you access to the course AND a 2-week strength training program that will be delivered through an app that is available on your phone (woo hoo able to take with you anywhere). You will have access to this 24week training program for 6 months.

Our CORE in the foundation to our body. The core functions to help the spine from excessive load and to transfers force from the extremities. Having a strong AND stable core helps us to prevent injuries and allows us to be more functional in our environment. This 3 week course will dive deep into teaching you what EXACTLY your core is - and how to strengthen your core functionally without a single crunch.

Protein is a vital nutrient that plays a crucial role in the growth and repair of tissues in our body. It is made up of amino acids that act as building blocks for our muscles, bones, skin, hair, and other organs.
Protein also helps in the production of enzymes, hormones, and other essential molecules that regulate various bodily functions. It is important to consume enough protein in our diet to maintain good health and prevent diseases.
This course will focus on teaching you what protein really is and how it functions in your body, along with how much protein we need. The course will also give you education over your food sources (animal and plant) to be able to build your nutrition.

September is Pain Awareness Month and we will be diving into pain science and chronic pain in this course to honor it. Emphasis will be placed on how to gain resources to manage your chronic pain, how chronic pain happens, and tips and techniques on staying mobile as you can through chronic pain.
