Wellness is more than being free from illness: it is a process of change and growth towards a mentally and physically healthy lifestyle across your lifespan. We will learn to set realistic goals, expectations, and individual plans to lead the lifestyle that you desire. Being healthy should not have an expectation of a certain weight, body type, or muscles. It should mean that you can live your life without pain, sickness, and have the ability to complete all your task with eager.
In order to live a higher quality life, maintaining optimal wellness is key. Everything we feel and do relates to our well-being and directly affects our actions and emotions. In order to subdue stress, reduce illness, and ensure positive moments in your life, you must achieve optimal wellness. Physical fitness is not enough for our overall well being. We have to begin to look at the bigger picture of our whole lives - and over all decades.
